Justin Bieber's core demographic is tween and teen girls. I, however, am a 23-year-old MALE college graduate. No matter where you turn, there Bieber is: on every TV show and website imaginable. I can certainly understand why the girls are in love with him, but I am not necessarily a fan (but neither am I a hater and dislike him either); I would consider myself neutral. That's where this new blog comes into play. I will become the Bieber Guy and explore the world of Justin Bieber (listening to all of his songs, watch his music videos, read his book, watch his movie, view his YouTube videos, etc). This isn't necessarily to see if I will have Bieber Fever by the end. I'm not guaranteeing I will; the purpose of this project is to understand him as an artist rather than judge him or write him off as a fad, as many people have done without even taking the time to listen to much of his music.
As of this morning, I have begun my venture as the Bieber Guy, reviewing his very first single, "One Time." Click HERE to read my review, where you can also find links to listen to the song for yourself. As you will read in that blog entry, I started off with a lukewarm reaction, but eventually warmed up to it and his voice. Read for yourself why I changed my opinion.
My plan is to review next his second single, "One Less Lonely Girl," then either the two iTunes promo singles or the debut EP as a whole. To stay updated on everything related to Bieber Guy and to find out when the next blog entry will be online, follow Bieber Guy on Twitter @Bieber_Guy.

OMGWire.com Writer
I mentioned on Twitter earlier today that I would have announcement regarding my blogging. As of today, I am now a writer for OMGWire.com. If you aren't familiar with that website, they cover the latest TV, movie, entertainment and pop culture news.
For those of you who read my posts here on the T.W.O. BLOG, you know that the majority of what I blog about is my commentary on American Idol and America's Got Talent. I will still be blogging about AGT, but this season I will be doing so from OMGWire. I am excited to be a part of this new team, and look forward to what's to come. This doesn't mean that the T.W.O. BLOG will cease to exist. I will still be blogging here, but I will be splitting duties between the two. And just to let you know, for every article I write for OMGWire, I will link to it on TV Watch Online and on Twitter, so you will never be far from my online writing.
Below is an excerpt from my debut article at OMGWire and a link to read in its entirety:
A year later, and we're back for season 6 of 'America's Got Talent,' with the return of host Nick Cannon and judges Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne and Howie Mandel.
At the start of the premiere, Howie says that he's going to torture Piers all season long, to which Mr. Morgan responds, "Bring it on, baldy." If Howie sticks by his word, I can't wait to see the sparring between them (and there was literal sparring in this episode).
Frank Olivier - 50-year-old who juggled fire while in a unicycle
He has Howie come up on stage to help him out. Frank tries to keep balanced on the unicycle and holds on to Howie's head. Howie freaks out (as we all know, he's a germaphobe). Piers was just having a ball watching Howie being tortured. Howie said that he was going to torture Piers, but Piers didn't even need to do anything to seek revenge. Piers and Sharon vote yes to send him through to Vegas, but Howie refuses to even talk, let alone vote. You can see how pissed off he is. Since Piers loved seeing Howie freak out, that's obviously the only reason he voted yes. Why would you send this guy through? The act wasn't all that cohesive, and you can't really build a full show with a juggler. He should have been send home.
To read the full article, click HERE. Feel free to leave comments at the end of that article.
And finally, here is a link to my Author Archive page at OMGWire, where you will can easily access all of my articles for them.

Welcome to the New T.W.O. BLOG!
Welcome to the new TV Watch Online BLOG! As I mentioned in Episode 26 of the TV Watch Online Show podcast, I would start out the new year by combining the two blogs (T.W.O. BLOG and Interviews Blog) into one main blog containing announcements, news, American Idol and America's Got Talent commentaries, and interviews. Since the Interviews Blog was not updated as often, there was no point in keeping it as its own blog. And I decided to host the main blog here on Blogger because I favor the format and tools available here over the Tripod one.
And also to celebrate the start of 2011, here are changes I have made to the main T.W.O. site:
- With how few Harry Potter book-related news articles there are nowadays, I have decided to combine the two Potter pages into one main HP page, set up in the same fashion as The Twilight Saga page (combining book and movie news). Link: Harry Potter
- The Heroes and Ugly Betty pages are no longer available to view, since those shows are not on the air anymore and there is no more news coming in regarding those shows; you can still view their respective Article Archives pages. (The Lost page may still be around for another month or so until we find out the results of any awards the show is nominated for).
- All the 'Remembering...' pages have been combined into one 'In Memoriam' page, remembering TV shows that have gone off the air; visit that page to find out how you can leave your comments on Kyle XY, Heroes, Ugly Betty, and Lost. Link: In Memoriam
- The order of TV shows on the navigation bar has been updated to reflect the schedule for midseason (The Apprentice has been moved near the top for its return to Sunday nights; American Idol moved down one spot for its move to Wednesdays/Thursdays).
- Finally, the 'About the Movie' section at the bottom of The Twilight Saga page has been updated for Breaking Dawn.
And if you haven't listened to my interview with The Apprentice contestant Mahsa, click HERE and download Episode 26 of the T.W.O. Show podcast for free.
Happy New Year to everyone!

TV Watch Online to Launch on Blogger with Kaleb Nation

ANNOUNCEMENT:
TV Watch Online Launches on Blogger
August 21, 2009
As previously announced, TV Watch Online will have an additional online outlet aside from the T.W.O. BLOG, and that is on Blogger. This particular blog will not focus on the usual commentary and news seen on the TV Watch Online BLOG. Rather, it will feature a new segment not seen on this website yet: interviews. Starting in September, the first interview for the site will be posted online here at tvwatchonline.blogspot.com.
I previously gave a hint of who would be featured first, and now I can announce that debut author Kaleb Nation will launch the interview blog on September 9. Kaleb is known in the Twilight fandom as the ‘Twilight Guy.’ At twilightguy.com, he comments on each chapter in the series, giving a male perspective to the Twilight Saga. You can also follow him at kalebnation.com and various other outlets. His debut book, Bran Hambric: The Farfield Curse, is the first in a planned fantasy series, and is being published by Sourcebooks Jaberwocky, with a release date of September 9, 2009 (that’s 9/9/09).
In the leadup to the release, Sourcebooks is launching a Blog Tour for the online community to interview Kaleb. I was fortunate enough to receive an Advance Readers Copy of Bran Hambric, and have submitted my five questions for him to answer.
On September 9, my mini-interview with Kaleb Nation will be available online at the URL mentioned above.
If you want to purchase a copy of the book, click here, or visit the TV Watch Online STORE, where this product can be found on the front of the TV/Entertainment Products page.
To stay up to date on this or any future interviews, keep visiting TV Watch Online (& on Twitter) and here at tvwatchonline.blogspot.com.
